BATHROOM MECHANIC / TILER
Skilled tradesman with experience in all types of tiling, plumbing, installation of bathroom fixtures & cabinetry, minor electric, minor carpentry, trimming and spackling. Must be able to set a tub and rough plumb a bath.
REQUIREMENTS:

HELPER
Demolition, assistance in the field, site clean-ups, talking to customers.
Expediting materials to job sites. Assisting carpenters, bath and kitchen mechanics and doing all types of miscellaneous field work. Responsible for receiving materials, reconciling with orders, and keeping the warehouse organized and clean.
REQUIRED SKILLS :
- Basic carpentry skills
- Ability to learn, and to follow directions carefully . Good communication skills .
- Curiosity and ability to learn . The ability to read and understand construction documentation . Reliable vehicle to get to job sites and/or the main office . Ability to perform physically demanding work on a consistent basis, including lifting 100 pounds . Must be detailed oriented.
- Must be able to trouble shoot and solve problems.
- Must be sensitive to customers.
- Must be flexible and be organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have the ability to interact and communicate with crews, subcontractors, and customers.
- Must maintain a professional image; demonstrate a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
